Our Quality

Mission

J Royal Company intends to become the most responsive supplier of high quality components for manufacturers in the United States.

Quality Policy

We will continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our internal and external customers.

Quality Management Program

Our QA Program is in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. All business processes as well as duties and responsibilities for all job functions are clearly defined. We continually trace customers' satisfaction measures and work to minimize waste and process variation using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

Key elements of ISO 9001:2000 are as follows

Document Control

There are electronic procedures for each every business process.

Automatic email notifications are in place to provide the latest revision(s) to every applicable employee for review and sign off. Electronic copies of the latest revisions of customer-supplied drawings/procedures are integrated into our database software.

Records

All quality records are kept in our business software database and backed up nightly to an off site location.

Customer Focus

We survey our customers for feedback on our availability, timeliness, completeness, and professionalism of service as well as on delivery and quality of product.

Contract Review

Customer Service account representatives have the responsibility to review customer contracts for all customer needs including general quality and special customer requirements.

Competency Awareness and Training

Employee assessment are made against there ability to conduct the processes required to perform the tasks relevant to there position within the company.

Purchasing

We continually quest for new and better suppliers. We have a comprehensive approval process including PPAP approval on new products. A list of all approved suppliers is maintained and periodically updated for performance.

Receiving

All inspections are documented and recorded in our custom designed software package. Recurring inspection is conducted upon receiving of shipment. Material certifications are reviewed for compliance and traceability of material.

Identification and traceability

We have complete lot and cure date traceability systems in place from time of receipt of product to shipment of product to the customer.

Control of monitoring and measuring devices

We have an automated email notification system for calibration of all measuring devices. All calibrations are NIST traceable and done by A2LA accredited laboratories.

Non-Conforming Product

We have and automated work flow process with email notification for customer returns and receiving inspection non conforming product. This includes corrective and preventive actions.

Audit

All Internal and third party certification audits are conducted and documented annually. All audit findings and corrective actions are reviewed by the executive management staff.
